The size of the apartment is 728 square feet (67.6 square meters). It is a HUGE loft that's bigger than most studio and newer 1-bedroom apartments in downtown, and lower units within our building. You can tell by comparing distances between the TV and sofa, and kitchen and living room separation distances in our photos with other photos. Large walk-in closet behind the bed on loft level.

The loft is located at the top levels of the building so the views are AMAZING. Unlike other buildings that are built close to one another, you won't have the problem of neighbors from another building opposite side of the street staring into your loft. Our view is much more open and neighboring buildings are farther out.

$2,600 per month furnished. Hot water and gas included.

BC Hydro, TV/Internet, strata move in/out fees are NOT included. Parking not included but can be discussed.

Tenant insurance required.
