Unrealium – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unrealium (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding contract between you and Unrealium. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including tenants, landlords, agents, and visitors.

2. Delegation of Services and Platform Purpose

Unrealium provides a value-added platform for discovering, organizing, and evaluating residential rental properties. By using the Platform, you delegate the task of searching, aggregating, and systematizing publicly available and user-submitted rental data. Unrealium enhances and presents this data in a structured, user-friendly format as a paid service.

3. Account Creation and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You may act as a tenant, landlord, or agent, but all users are bound by these unified Terms.

4. Consent to Use of User Profile and Contact Information

By registering, you grant Unrealium permission to store and utilize your profile and contact information as part of our internal search and matching system. Your information may be made discoverable to other users under specific, controlled conditions. Unrealium does not sell personal data and will only disclose contact details as part of authorized user-to-user transactions or as required by law.

5. Listings and External Data Sources

Unrealium hosts both user-submitted listings and listings aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not claim ownership over third-party content and do not guarantee its accuracy or availability. Links to original sources may be provided upon purchase to ensure transparency.

6. Listing a Property

When creating a listing, you must check a confirmation box acknowledging that:

• Your contact information will be made available only through a paid unlock system;
• You will receive user interest statistics in your dashboard;
• Your listing may be reviewed and rated by other users.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and are solely responsible for your listing's content.

7. Reviews, Ratings, and Waiver of Claims

Users acknowledge that Unrealium includes a review and rating system. By using the Platform, you agree to receive feedback on your profile or listings, and you waive any claims related to user reviews, provided they do not violate applicable laws or our content policies.

8. Virtual Wallet and Payment Terms

Users may receive or purchase virtual credits, which can be used to unlock contact information or services. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including uploading false listings, scraping data, impersonating others, or using automated bots. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

10. Intellectual Property

Unrealium and its licensors own the Platform's design, functionality, and proprietary systems. Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant Unrealium a license to use and display such content within the Platform.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided 'as is' with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, uninterrupted service, or successful matches. Unrealium is not responsible for disputes between users.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Users agree to first attempt informal resolution of disputes. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada. Class actions are not permitted.

13. Takedown Requests (DMCA-Style)

To report potentially infringing content, contact legal@Unrealium.com with a description, URL, and statement of good faith. We will review and remove verified violations.

14. Termination

Unrealium may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Users may close their account at any time. Unused credits are forfeited upon account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You agree to comply with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
